Tommy and Vera are an ambitious hospitality couple with years and years of experience in high-end restaurants. "We have been dreaming of paving our own path and establishing our own restaurant for years now. We invested the past years into gaining knowledge and expertise; now is the time to start our own business."
The couple also gained unique experiences abroad. In 2020, Tommy and Vera completed their internship together at one of the world's top restaurants: restaurant Geranium*** in Copenhagen. Tommy also did an internship in 2018 with restaurant Hertog Jan*** in Bruges, part of the ‘World’s 50 Best Restaurants’ at that time.

I instantly fell in love with hospitality during my first side job in a high-end establishment. After completing my degree at the Hospitality Business School in The Hague, I gained relevant professional experience outside the hospitality industry for a couple of years. However, I decided to follow my heart and return to hospitality, building professional expertise at renowned restaurants such as De Burgemeester* in Linschoten and Aan de Zweth* in Schipluiden.”
