Allergies and dietary needs
All dishes are created and prepared with a great deal of attention. Needless to say, the kitchen staff takes allergies or dietary needs into account. We kindly ask you to communicate any restrictions upon making your reservation.
Needless to say that the same goes for a vegetarian menu. Please note that we do not provide a vegan menu.
Unfortunately, we can't adjust the menu to match your diet or allergy the day of your reservation itself. There's a possibility that changes in the menu come with a surcharge.
For pregnant guests an adjusted menu has carefully been created, according to the guidelines of the Nutrition Centre (Voedingscentrum). However, some sauces will contain a small amount of heated alcohol, such as vinegar or wine. These sauces have been heated and reduced for hours (8 to 48 hours) at a very high temperature.
